奇美電成立以來首度啟動人力精實計畫，繼日前一次性將派遣人力大規模裁掉後，因組織調整、部門整併，正職的工程師、主管最近可能都免不了被「精實」的命運。

奇美電員工指出，明年一月五日，因為測試部與整合部合併、ＰＭ科與製造科合併，將有不少正職人員會遭到解聘，奇美電終於裁到正職人員。

對此，奇美電表示，確實從十月起就陸續啟動人力精實計畫，奇美電強調，此為正常的人員汰弱留強機制，只是奇美電過去十年基於創辦人許文龍對於員工的照顧理念，從未落實過，但這一波景氣低迷，公司也體認到必須

先生存下來，才能照顧到多數員工。

目前奇美電台灣員工約一萬七千人，據之前內部傳出精實計畫大約有三成正職人員若績效不佳，將會遭到解聘，估算大約影響人數有五千人之譜。

奇美集團創辦人許文龍表示，若是有需要，政府應該站出來主導面板業合併，他個人的態度很「open（開放，指不預設立場）」；他並對奇美電的股東說抱歉，因為別人做的比較好；對於被資遣的奇美電派遣人員，他覺得

許文龍是在接受最新一期商業周刊專訪時發表以上看法。針對這次奇美電大規模裁減派遣人員，他說，是從報紙上看到的，還特別交代，絕對要有良心，不能犧牲別人，但問題是：「我自己的能力也有限」。

他說，並不願事情變成這樣，這中間大家都很痛苦，「我也很痛苦，對不起很多人，讓很多人沒頭路，但這沒辦法。這些沒工作的人實在很可憐，我也不知道該怎麼跟他們講，我也不知道。」

針對面板廠合作或合併，他認為，有需要的時候，政府會出來領導，「我是很open啦！，政府要怎麼樣，我們也願意接受一些對社會、國家好的事情，沒有理由拒絕。」

許文龍指出，自己本來已經不管事，看股票這樣落（下跌），很多人賠，我們一樣在賠錢，沒頭路，壓力當然很大，對奇美電「我實在是很忠」，如果這樣還發生什麼事，實在說，也是沒法度。

他說，對不起股東，不過，實在講，已很盡力了，「講起來，我的公司跟人家比，人家確實做的比較好。像是韓國LG，Samsung，還是說友達，這些都做的比我好。這個我要承認，是要道歉啦。」

針對面板業是不是要做下去，他認為，這個產業是社會的東西，不是奇美的，奇美沒有能力扶，就請別人來扶，老闆就給別人做。不能因為自己沒力，讓一個對社會、國家好的產業做不下去，可以換頭家，不一定要許文龍

被問到景氣寒冬何時會過去，他說，現在講這種話都不對，古早說，問題再嚴重也不過沒三餐可吃，所以喔，其實事情沒這麼嚴重，沒那麼悲觀是因為：「我們這一輩，經歷過戰爭的時代，沒有飯可以吃，現在社會福利

好，所以大家要共同面對這個事情，不要說發生一點事就認為黑天暗地。」
